Mr. Mermis has over 28 years of business management, finance, construction, and engineering experience with nearly 15 years’ concentration in global real estate development financing as the
director of a real estate private equity and cross-border financing platform in Austin, Texas. Jared’s real estate career covers a wide spectrum from administering debt and equity financings in large
commercial development projects to managing construction of single-family housing developments.

Jared previously enjoyed a successful 11-year engineering and project management career with
General Electric, and an R&D design engineer with a leading oilfield services company. For the past several years, he has co-led the underwriting of real estate development investment and financing for Texas Growth Fund and Texas Global Equity.
