Randall Mays is a Co-Managing Partner of Mays Family Enterprises and CEO of Running M Capital.

He was also the President of Clear Channel Communications (NYSE:CCU), the best performing stock on the NYSE for the decade of the 90’s. Annual revenue grew during his tenure from under $100M to over $10B in 2008, when the company was sold. At Clear Channel, Randall led the spinout of the Live Entertainment business into the publicly traded company now known as Live Nation Entertainment (NYSE:LYV). Live Nation has become the world’s leading live entertainment company, producing 20,000+ shows annually, as well as the leader in ticketing through its subsidiary TicketMaster.

A 40+ year Austinite, Mr. Gritz graduated from the University of Texas at Austin’s Honors Business Program, with Honors, before starting his career on Wall Street as an Investment Banker in the global Private Equity Group at Credit Suisse First Boston in 1987.

Randall is currently Co-Managing Partner of Mays Family Enterprises and CEO of Running M Capital, through which he actively invests in innovative businesses in support of visionary entrepreneurs. The Mays family’s real estate platform is advised by Milam Capital, whose team has overseen over $1 billion in investment and development activity across mixed-use, office, and land assets.

In the real estate industry, Mr. Gritz has led eight successful multifamily, luxury condominium, hotel, commercial, institutional and infrastructure development projects including the turnaround and recovery of tax-exempt bond and bank financings from default

A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Randall began his career as an analyst at Trammell Crow Company before earning his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1991. He then joined Goldman Sachs & Co. in mergers and acquisitions before joining Clear Channel Communications (now iHeartMedia).
