Since acquiring Texas Growth Fund and originating Texas Global Equity, Mr. Gritz and his team have successfully managed five real estate private equity funds and realized over $800 million in project
exit value across the past decade. TGE and its affiliates selectively underwrote, financed and oversaw the execution of construction and operations of projects delivered on-time and within budget, followed by prompt stabilization and exit at financial performance levels that have exceeded each project’s prospective investment plan.
