Robert M. Swedroe is a legendary architect with over six decades of experience in designing multi-residential buildings that are highly efficient and cost-effective while setting new standards for luxury innovation; his firm has gained international recognition as the leader in this specialty.

A 40+ year Austinite, Mr. Gritz graduated from the University of Texas at Austin’s Honors Business Program, with Honors, before starting his career on Wall Street as an Investment Banker in the global Private Equity Group at Credit Suisse First Boston in 1987.

Randall Mays is a Co-Managing Partner of Mays Family Enterprises and CEO of Running M Capital. He was also the President of Clear Channel Communications (NYSE:CCU), the best performing stock on the NYSE for the decade of the 90’s. Annual revenue grew during his tenure from under $100M to over $10B in 2008, when the company was sold. At Clear Channel, Randall led the spinout of the Live Entertainment business into the publicly traded company now known as Live Nation Entertainment (NYSE:LYV). Live Nation has become the world’s leading live entertainment company, producing 20,000+ shows annually, as well as the leader in ticketing through its subsidiary TicketMaster.

Since many of the firms’ luxury high-rise buildings yield 90 to 95% efficiency, Mr. Swedroe's business and financial acumen is cherished by his clients who regard him as the ultimate "developer's architect". The firm revolutionized multi-residential design in the 1980’s by introducing the first “private entry elevator” concept. This unique concept offered privacy simulating that of a single-family home (on a high floor tower), amongst other breakthrough advantages for both the developer and the end user.

Mr. Swedroe’s innovative architecture achievements in Miami, and around the United States, have served long-lasting development partnerships with clients such as the Soffers of Turnberry

Associates, The Trump Group, LeFrak, WCI Communities, Inc., and Coscan.
